So my sister & I stopped by here last week. We don't live in Richmond area so we don't go up there often but we decided to give this place a try. Let me tell you, it did not let us down!! 🙆🏻‍♀️ It was soooo good. 😍 I love cheeseburgers but most places I think are over priced for just a burger but this place is well worth it & its really not expensive. It's just like everywhere else. I got a cheeseburger & regular fry & it was like $15 so not bad, to me at least. 🤷🏻‍♀️& the amount of fries you get, you could definitely split a regular sized one with someone else. Anyways, if you like cheeseburgers try this place. You won't be disappointed. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, everything was on point.👌🏻 I have no complaints & will definitely be back whenever we go up that was again. I highly recommend! 💯🙋🏻‍♀️👍🏻🍔🍟✔

Burger works, thank you for the friendly team member service, clean & comfy environment, and for the opportunity to experience your prepared Beyond burger plant based burger and fries. This was my 1st time eating at here. Not eating meat in 13 years and having a small amount of experience, I’m rating the food & fries at a 3 as there is a huge area of opportunity in the existing burger preparation, taste, and presentation at this BurgerWorks. Plant burger does not take long to cook in comparison to meat burgers, however my burger didn’t look or taste done. My fries were cold, not warm and may have been good if eaten while hot. Kind suggestion/area of opportunity for your Beyond Meat plant based burger: 1) Make it hearty, tasty, visually appealing 2) Use sliced onions instead of diced 3) Offer Spinach 4) Offer Kale 5) Add spice seasoning (yes, can be salt free and not taste bland but have some kick!) 6) Hire/Receive suggestions from someone who eats or has experience preparing plant based and can offer many delicious burger varieties for your menu. So the food is great, but I've got some notes that would improve the experience... the fries are delicious, but why in the world do you get just a single small serving of ketchup per order? There is communal malt vinegar and hot sauce (though only two of each) but not ketchup. I feel like a bottle of ketchup should be at every table. Having to hunt down staff to bring more ketchup is a hassle to the customer, and staff undoubtedly get tired of fetching. Seriously though, the food and service is great.

Awesome burger joint with very very juicy smash-style burgers. They have a bison burger option which was absolutely delicious. For this reason, and many more on the menu, this offers much more variety than other competitors. Their fries are equivalent to that of Five Guys and arguably crispier and better. The portion size is very generous! The staff was very nice and courteous and delivered my extra crispy bacon after they had accidentally forgot it. The price is a bit on the higher side, but the burgers are top notch.

Just Wow! We had driven past this place many times and finally went in to try it. The burger options are great. We decided to split a burger (beef) and fries. The burger was cooked well done as I ordered. It wasn't overcooked or dry. Lots of options for cheeses and toppings. Fries were great and there were so many! We will definitely return to try the bison burger next.
